The quesillo was the most coveted dessert in her family. Her family's birthdays were the perfect excuse for making her secret quesillo recipe and it was the best companion to these celebrations. The name comes from the fact that it has pores that remind us of the holes in cheese and these happen because, in difference to flam, the quesillo is made with whole eggs.
