About Firebirds

The first Firebirds Wood Fired Grill opened in 2000 but it has already gained a strong following among people who want the best in food and drinks in a contemporary polished setting. While the upscale Firebirds prices may turn off a few diners, the ones who know that you will get what you pay for – price begets quality – are more than willing to spend.

Firebirds being an upscale seafood and steakhouse, the menu features a wide variety of seafood and steak dishes, all of which are made from premium ingredients and prepared by experienced chefs. The fish and steaks are usually grilled over a combination of pecan, oak, or hickory wood to bring out their natural flavors. The result: Delicious dishes that will have you coming back for more!

The full bar is also part of the Firebirds appeal – it calls its full bar as the Firebar. There are artisan cocktails, private label wines, and craft beer as well as bourbon on the menu.
