Handcrafted with single-origin 75% Brazil Dark Chocolate (75% cacao and 25% organic cane sugar) with the incredible cacao sourced directly from our friends at Cacao Bahia in Brazil. The cacao is grown and exported by the Carvalho family, founded in 1942. They have grown little by little to become the largest organic producer of cacao in the region. We are proud to work with their family farm and the deliciously earthy, nutty caca they produce.

Our Brown Butter Nibs & Sea Salt chocolate is a deliciously rich bar that simply sings! With cacao from Akesson Plantation of Madagascar, Fazenda Camboa of Brazil, and organic cane sugar from Brazil, we craft our 73% Northerner Blend. In this chocolate, we’re highlighting the amazing flavor and aroma of high-quality vanilla beans. What's better than granola for breakfast? Chocolate granola! Our recipe is a combination of Anna's English farmhouse granola recipe and our Mid Mountain Blend 70 % chocolate. Chocolate for breakfast might sound like a stretch, but this granola is not too sweet so that you can eat it every morning (like we do). If extra sweet is what you desire, you can always add honey.
