Brazil Cerrado
This coffee has huge body with very moderate acidity. Think chocolate covered cherries. It is a great coffee to drink anytime of the day. Here's a cool note about the quality of this coffee: the farmers are paid extra money for bringing ripe cherries for processing. This is good for two reasons: 1. The farmers are paid more for their hard work, which is always a good thing and 2. The ripe cherries ensure more uniform processing and better flavor in the cup. So everybody wins with this coffee!

From the stunningly beautiful lake atitlan region, this coffee has a bright lemony acidity with enough sweetness to leave you with a wonderful aftertaste. Espresso Blend
Most coffee companies give their espresso blends some weird, funky or cool name. We probably should, but for now, we're going to be boring. However, this blend is far from boring. You'll notice wonderful fruit and nuts in the cup with terrific body and very muted acidity. It's the blend we used in the shop. Great in milk or solo. It's also great as a drip coffee. It really deserves a cool name. Try it and give us some ideas.
