About Cafe Rio

The Café Rio Mexican Grill is a well-known chain of fast casual restaurants headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. Its restaurants are located across Arizona, Colorado, and Nevada, among other states. The chain has remained true to its mantra of “fresh food, made fresh” so there are no pre-made food, as well as no microwaves and freezers.

The Cafe Rio prices are well worth every dollar considering that diners will enjoy delicious Mexican fare. In fact, the chain has won more than a hundred awards including the prestigious Alfred P. Sloan Award.

The restaurants offer a wide range of appetizers, salads, and soups as well as Mexican and Tex-Mex staples like burritos, tacos, enchiladas, and tacos.
