About Cafe Rio
The Café Rio Mexican Grill is a well-known chain of fast casual restaurants headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. Its restaurants are located across Arizona, Colorado, and Nevada, among other states. The chain has remained true to its mantra of “fresh food, made fresh” so there are no pre-made food, as well as no microwaves and freezers.
