This continuous tableside presentation of premium cuts is a hallmark of Southern Brazilian culinary tradition. The steakhouse sets itself apart with its refined atmosphere and a commitment to traditional preparation, seasoning meats with rock salt and slow-roasting them over natural wood charcoal to preserve their distinct flavors.
