A deep violet-purple hop juice. This fruited variation of Shapeshifter features a ton of up-front Blackberry flavour and aroma combined with an incredibly full and surprisingly complex mouthfeel. Kettle soured using Halo's house strains of lactobacillus and then heavily whirlpool and dry hopped using Simcoe, Amarillo, Citra, and Belma.

A juicy tropical addition to our ongoing line-up of wine Imperial IPAs, this Kaleidoscope features a huge nose of mango, passionfruit, and gooseberry. It balances the tart vinous qualities of fermented grape must with a full mouthfeel imparted by oodles of hop oils from a massive dry hop with Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, Azacca, and Sabro. Like drinking a candied tropical fruit.

Our imminently crushable fruited Gose, featuring kiwi and strawberry and soured using our in-house blend of lactobacillus. Ion Cannon is a light, fruity summer beer lightly spiced with coriander and salt to keep the start-to-mid mouthfeel full, complementing the dry finish.

Back by popular demand, this iteration of our fruited sour IIPA is loaded with passionfruit and a heaping combo of tropical hops. Flavours of kumquat, mango, peach, quince, and above all passionfruit (obviously) combine with a juicy upfront sweetness followed by a mouthwatering sour-pith finish.

Aged for over six months, this tart summer saison is a nose of ripe apricot, light citrus with hints of farmhouse funkiness. Flavours of zesty upfront lemon are followed by peach and granny smith apple; finishing with fresh, bright apricot. Light bodied, highly carbonated, super refreshing.

A unique beer to celebrate our 5th anniversary, Eighteen Hundred is a sour porterr fermented with our house brettanomyces on ample amounts of sweet and tart cherry. This combination gives rise to aromas and flavours reminiscent of black forest cake and mingling dark berry. The acidity is complemented by a lightly tannic mouthfeel and a subtle finish of sweet dark cherry juice.

Making a unique imperial stout has been a long-time goal for us: Meet Fallen Empire, a gargantuan, chewy, intense, mole/mayan-style imperial stout. This confluence of cocoa, vanilla, cinnamon, and four kinds of chili peppers presents as Mayan chocolate in beer form. With a nose of subtle cinnamon, flavours of chocolate and vanilla, and a rich dessert-like mouthfeel, Fallen Empire ends with a fiery flourish of spicy chilis that quickly fades into the depths of history.

Twenty One Sixty is a two year barrel aged beer that has been refermented on hand peeled and sliced tangerines. The mouthfeel is full and complex, with zesty citrus aromas, the unmistakable flavour of juicy tangerines fills the palette from start to finish.
