About Cineworld
Cineworld Group plc, the owner of the chain of Cineworld movie theaters, is a publicly-traded corporation listed on the London Stock Exchange. With more than 2,000 screens in nine countries, it’s among the world’s largest cinema operators. Most of the more than 220 locations have multiple screens.
Did you know that Cineworld’s screen at its Glasgow Renfrew Street location is the tallest in the world? It’s also the busiest where its customer base is concerned! Nearly every movie worth watching from mainstream blockbuster Hollywood movies to European arthouse movies have been shown here, too. Cineworld prices are pretty average for the cinema industry.
Customers can choose from two type of Cineworld theaters. First, there’s the Cineworld Cinemas with their mainstream movies fare and their live broadcasts of theater, opera, live music and sports shows. Second, there’s the Picturehouse Cinemas that show only art house movies. You will never run out of movies to watch, especially as the movies are changed regularly.
Each Cineworld theater also has plenty of food and drink counters where customers can buy their classic movie fare.
