A tasty but very expressive food white wine, redolent of wild herbs and almonds with a scent of hay. The color is of light straw yellow. The aroma has peach with hints of jasmine. Beautifully balanced. The flavor is off sweet, fresh and lightly acidic. This wine is vegan certified.

Rose Wines
Must be 21+ to order. A rosé (from French rose [boze]), also labeled rosado in Portuguese and Spanish-speaking countries and rosato in Italy, is a type of wine that incorporates some of the color from the grape skins, but not enough to qualify it as a red wine. It may be the oldest known type of wine, as it is the most straightforward to make with the skin contact method. The pink color can range from a pale "onion-skin" orange to a vivid near-purple, depending on the grape varieties used and winemaking techniques. There are three major ways to

Orange Wines
Must be 21+ to order. Orange wine, also known as skin-contact white wine, skin-fermented white wine, or amber wine, is a type of wine made from white wine grapes where the grape skins are not removed, as in typical white wine production, and stay in contact with the juice for days or even months. This contrasts with conventional white wine production, which involves crushing the grapes and quickly moving the juice off the skins into the fermentation vessel. Sabbiagialla I.G.T
San Biagio. Orange wine from Emilia Romagna.
The nose is floral, with apricot, and orange zest notes. Apricot appears nice and round on the palate with some clove and tea notes for structure and a long, zesty herbal finish. A really friendly intro to orange wine.
Grapes: Albana di Romagna. Food pairing: to enjoy an artisanal wine at its best, we recommend you to let it 'breathe' at least 15-30 minutes before serving. Wine good to drink now, but that can have a beautiful evolution after resting for a while in your cellar. Because of their boldness, orange wines pair well with equally bold foods, including curry dishes, Moroccan cuisine, Ethiopian cuisine, Korean dishes with fermented kimchi, and traditional Japanese cuisine, including fermented soybeans (natto). Dessert Wines
Must be 21+ to order. Dessert wines, sometimes called pudding wines, are sweet wines typically served with dessert. There is no simple definition of a dessert wine. In the UK, a dessert wine is considered to be any sweet wine drunk with a meal, as opposed to the whitelll fortified wines (fino and amontillado sherry) drunk before the meal and the red fortified wines (Port and Madeira) drunk after it. Thus, most fortified wines are regarded as distinct from dessert wines, but some of the less-strong fortified white wines, such as Pedro Ximénez Dh
