Cupcake Vineyards' Pinot Grigio is crafted from grapes sourced from the foothills of the Italian Alps, making for a uniquely flavorful wine. The grapes are grown in the cool climate of the Veneto region in Northeast Italy, where the Alps help protect the region from the cold winds that come from the North, while the Mediterranean heat provides the perfect climate for ripening. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly transported and softly pressed to ensure maximum freshness. This refreshing Pinot Grigio showcases delectable flavors of fresh pear, cantaloupe, apple and pineapple that lead to a crisp finish with subtle notes of honey and lemon zest. The St. Huberts The Stag Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon shows a deep ruby, garnet, crimson color. Perfumed aromas on the nose offer inviting bramble berry notes of wild raspberry, dark cherry, and red currant, alongside baking spice notes of allspice, cedar, tobacco leaf and clove.

Ace Kicker Big Red Blend is a blend of 6 red varieties and is aged for 8 months in American and French oak barrels. It shows an intense cherry color with a violet rim. On the nose it is expressive and fruity. Mature red fruits standout such as plums, cherries, strawberries and redcurrants, over a base of violet flowers and roses. After some airing in the spiced aromas from the oak begin to appear such as clove, cinnamon, vanilla and a slight touch of tobacco and toffee. On the mouth it is round and creamy. The blend of varieties brings a velvety sensation from the sweet tannins. Perfect with red meats, charcuterie, cheese and pasta.

Beautiful on its own, this is a medium-plus-bodied, structured, beautifully-balanced Pinot Noir with layers of ripe red berry fruit, rose petals, dried wild mushrooms, wild herbs, mocha, Madagascar vanilla, cinnamon, clove and anise spices long and silky smooth on palate. Aged 10 months in 18% new French oak. This flavorful wine has bright violet color and ripe dark berry aromas that pick up subtle tobacco and pungent floral nuances as the wine stretches out. It's juicy and focused on the palate, offering appealingly sweet blackberry and bitter cherry flavors.

A brilliant light hay with green edges. Fresh green lime, lemon sorbet, crisp cucumber aromas with hints of fresh cut lemongrass, pink peppercorn and wisteria blossom. Hints of Muscat flower and cypress pine sap invoke the nearby coastal origin of this wine. The winemakers recommend that the freshness of the wine is accentuated by freshly shucked oysters with pickled lime zest, spicy laksa soup with smoked tofu and lemongrass or barbecue seared octopus with lime chili drizzle and Asian coleslaw.
