Luis Ordoñez - Finca la Piedra
We were surprised by the acidity and complexity of this small lot from chiapas, Mexico. Small farmers like luis ordoñez are producing coffees that defy expectations from Mexico of simple or straightforward flavor profiles. This lot from his farm la piedra is beautifully processed and is fruit forward, with balanced acidity and a distinctive malted milk sweetness. We have been keeping an eye out for a coffee like this for a long time and we're excited to be able to offer it to you. We only have 100 kilos, so book now if you're interested!
