Pineapple Overboard! | 750ml, 5.5% ABV
Grab onto your life preserver because we just went overboard! You asked for a fruit-forward beer and here it is. Our Pineapple Overboard! is fruit first with beer somewhere in the background. A basic wheat beer provides a soft, pillowy base for the pineapple to nearly smash its way through. We’re not sorry for going overboard on the fruit in this beer.

Spare Parts - Hazy IPA | 750ml, 7.4% ABV
Spare Parts is a pretty basic hazy IPA recipe, much like the random bits and pieces floating around in your torso. Pilsner malt, flaked wheat and flaked oats combine to provide a light, pillowy base to showcase Citra and Columbus hops both bursting with citrus, mango, and pineapple aromas. Pretty simple, just like being an organ donor. Because, in the end, we’re all just Spare Parts.

Red Squirrel Amber Ale | 750ml, 5.4% ABV
This Amber Ale was brewed with the malty beer fan in mind. On a base of Maris Otter malt, we added a dash of Double Roasted Crystal and Victory malt to add biscuit and caramel notes to the already bready malt backbone. This is a simple beer for a simple time. Cascade hops with Pale Ale malt from Maltwerks out of Detroit Lakes, MN. Simple, classic, refreshing.

Big, Bold, and Malty! Pale ale malt, crystal malts, and a touch of honey malt combine to provide a rich toffee and caramel malt profile with a touch of raisin and prune notes in the background. A low dose of hops provides enough bitterness to balance out the sweetness without getting in the way of the depth of malt in this hefty ale.
