About Lone Star Steakhouse

The menu's main item is obviously the steaks, which are aged, seasoned and grilled to perfection. Diners can choose from several cuts, such as the New York strip, bacon-wrapped filet mignon, Texas rib-eye, and sirloin. These steaks are best eaten slowly to savor the full range of their flavors, too. The menu also has starters, soups and salads like the sirloin steak and wedge salad, and seafood and chicken dishes.
