About Reel Cinemas
The chain of Reel Cinema theaters started in 2001 with the opening of Curzon Cinema in Loughborough. By 2005, there were more than a dozen theaters owned and operated by Reel Cinemas Ltd., a family-owned independent entity. The company has also acquired theaters owned by its competitors, such as the Quinton and York Odeon cinemas.
The movie theaters are equipped with state-of-the-art video and audio systems, thus, patrons are treated to a near-realistic experience at the movies. The facilities from the rest rooms to the food and drinks counters are also world-class, a must since these are also part of the experience.
