About Prime Steakhouse
The Prime Steakhouse is arguably the most popular restaurant in the Bellagio, a luxury casino and resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten is the current brains behind the menu, which is considered as the best in the city. The contemporary steakhouse has a classy ambiance, thanks to the Michael Santis-designed interiors and the commissioned artworks on the walls.
Due to the upscale nature of the steakhouse, the dress code is business attire while the Prime Steakhouse prices are more expensive. But guests love it anyway because the food and drinks here are well worth the money! The meats are cooked to perfection – just the right amount of succulence, juiciness and tenderness with the meaty flavors accented by butter, salt and pepper.
The appetizers are delectable, too, with choices like the chilled shellfish platter, oysters in half shells, shrimp cocktail, and seared foie grass. The soups and salads selections are limited but what it doesn’t have in quantity, the restaurant more than makes up for in quality.
Above are the latest Prime Steakhouse menu prices.
